(30 April 2026, Singapore) – Templewater, a pan-Asian alternative asset manager, today announced that a fund managed by Templewater has completed the acquisition of Ascensus Health Group (“AHG”), a Singapore-based leading provider of specialist women’s healthcare services. Following the transaction, AHG will join Templewater’s broader women’s healthcare platform alongside The Women’s Clinic Group in Hong Kong and The O&G Specialist Clinic in Singapore, further strengthening the platform’s regional footprint.
Founded by leading medical professionals in obstetrics and gynecology, AHG has built a strong reputation in Singapore as a trusted provider of specialist women’s health services. The group operates a network of thirteen clinics across Singapore and Malaysia and is supported by a team of over 60 medical and clinical staff. Its service offering spans obstetrics and gynaecology (“O&G”), gynae-oncology, pediatrics, dermatology, and related disciplines.
This transaction marks a continued step in Templewater’s strategy to build an integrated women’s healthcare platform across Asia. Women’s health remains an underserved and rapidly evolving segment across Asia, driven by increasing awareness, demographic shifts, and rising demand for specialized care.
